I recently bought a house and they came to fix some issues that we had. They didn’t seal the hole for the outside of the house from the sump pump so bugs and rain could get in the house. They serviced the furnace before we bought the house and didn’t properly attach the exhaust tubing, leaving exposed to the outside elements. I could see light from the inside. They canceled service on me to fix a leak. When my aunt bought a house last summer, they also didn’t seal her AC properly. You could see through the exterior wall to the basement. Not very professional in my opinion. Good luck if you use them

You guys really need a new scheduler. She was rude on the phone gave us a ring around and never called us back as to why we didn't have a plumber out to install our new hot water tank today. I find it ridiculous that the other lady answering the phone couldn't look at a schedule to give us answers.

It would be nice if when we scheduled a day we actually got a time and people actually came out. Do not believe this was the plumbers fault. But the scheduler should be fired. My bf literally took the day off we scheduled a month in advance.

Update bf got ahold of the scheduler and got told to go somewhere else because your too booked up. Thanks for wasting our time and the lies about coming out today. Lost our business for good because you couldn't be bothered to come out and service us.

Do not recommend stay far away from this company. Either their scheduler is the issue or they bit off more than what they could chew with business. Treat your regular customers as bottom of the barrel you'll get bottom of the barrel reviews.

Very good service. I’ve had them do a complete system replacement for me as well as some other ventilation work and everyone was friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs their services. Top notch!

Rick was efficient friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced a board in my Lennox furnace. Lennox replacement boards do not match the original and their instructions are poor. He was able to update the wiring to match and resolve issues quickly and the knowledge to explain why.

Two years ago VPH installed a new boiler. Kevin was the installer for the boiler and hot water tank. Kevin did a very neat awesome installation. Kevin came out today to service the boiler and water tank. Kevin is very knowledgeable, friendly and meticulous in doing his job. He takes the time to explain the operation of the boiler and does it in an easy way of understanding.
