We've been taking our little guy for a year now and we love this gym and its positive atmosphere. "Coach David" couldn't possibly be a better role model for the kiddos he teaches! Jody, Chase and the rest of them are super friendly and helpful. We love Pure Martial Arts!

My son has been attending Bjj over the last two years. His coach David is so great with the kids, he is calm, supportive and knowledgeable. He makes every child feel welcome while also holding the kids accountable for their actions and ensuring they are all behaving and learning in a positive and respectful setting. I highly recommend the kids Bjj classes!

This is an amazing gym and family run business. Can't say enough good things. The most welcoming and helpful people. You feel as though they are truly invested in your success whatever that looks like for you! 5 stars isn't enough!

I have been training here for over 3 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The quality of professional instruction and the knowledge of Professor Jodey Ingalls, Chase, David, Fraser, Melissa and Katie is unmatched anywhere I have been. I will continue to enjoy training here with my friends.

I live and train bjj in Victoria but have been up in Campbell River a bunch for work this year. I can't say enough good things about this gym. Campbell River is really lucky to have such high caliber instruction at such a great gym.
