Extremely unprofessional, and unethical and has no problem evicting families from the complex that have been here for 5-12 years. And have almost doubled what the prior property management had them at, with zero upgrades. Wants to bill the tenants for any maintenance or plumbers.

Inability to communicate to resolve any conflict, takes 3-5 days to respond at all typically even if you're trying to get things done on time.

Lied to RTB almost a year later that I had a missed rent payment that was given in CASH by my elderly grandmother during my stay at a medical center for over a month in 2024- refused to ever provide a receipts, as well! Updates my ledger a week to even two weeks; AFTER I HAVE PAID!

She also blatantly lied that I was constantly late on rent, blaming me for HER late update on the ledger and submission of payment, because she was in Spain. How nice!:)

So if you wanna pay over 2k for a rental, to be harassed every other week, and have no peace and severe anxiety from losing your home that you've had for five years, without issues from the prior PM, To the heartless, unethical management company that refuses to even acknowledge their manager Kelly Irvine is grossly unprofessional.
She has countlessly been giving me, and an onward of 5 other units, problems due to her negligence and horrible demeanor.
I have rented since I was 15, 15 years, and I have never seen such a awful ethics.
I'm also well aware from individuals who personally know her, that she slanders and speaks about her tenants outside of the office. In which, she has also done about me apparently!

At least ANY other property management company would do something, but unfortunately they refuse to acknowledge anything after emailing and calling.

Thanks for ruining the sense of community. May you all have the day you deserve.

(Disclaimer; his is not just MY complaint, this is from several units who have been here even longer than me, and also unfortunately have to rent off of her in other parts of town.
Due to her evicting a lot of the neighbours, I also ended up harassed and stalked by a complete NUT JOB she let move in, I haven't slept properly since June due to the constant stress)

I would give zero stars if possible.
