My IPhone was not holding the charging cable in the charging port and was loose. It was very difficult to charge and I had to have the cable just right for it to charge. It was a pain in the … to say the least. I brought it into Universal Electronics with no appointment and he cleaned the charging port and speaker holes out for me. I was in and out in 10 minutes or less a very professional friendly place. The charging port and speaker are like new now. I wasn’t charged anything which was super nice of them. They service and repair a lot of different electronics so if you need anything repaired I would start with them hands down. Honest, knowledgeable and a long time local shop you can’t lose. I will definitely will be using them again for all my repairs and servicing for my electronic devices.

I’m very pleased with the service I received today at Universal Electronics. My charge port was not working properly. It was evaluated and cleaned in 5 minutes at no charge. I offered to pay something but was told to just post a review. So here it is! Excellent, friendly, efficient service. I will support this great small business in the future.

Needed my charging port on my phone fixed as it would not accept the charging cable. After calling 2 other businesses that either only repair Apple or will just send it away to get repaired, I was recommended to come to Universal electronics. Showed up and was out of there in 3min with a fixed phone. Great service!

Unpleasant and unprofessional. Note: you will be charged $49 plus tax for a diagnostic and full pre-payment is required on all services. You only get the difference back if the guy can’t fix your device.

I had a great experience with this business. The gentleman was polite, honest, and reliable. I asked for his assistance in replacing the battery in my Blackberry and couldn't be happier with the results. Everything was explained and worked out as described. Would recommend.
