Great place to visit!

Picturesque views - including wildlife, the open water and marina/fishing boats.

Awesome ice cream!

Friendly locals fishing for salmon along the pier.

Definitely a must-see in the area. We a landlocked Albertans and this was one of the highlights of our summer vacation! We will be back. 🙂

A very enjoyable pier, with several amenities free to the public.

Fishing off the pier is very popular, and there are nets available for use free of charge, in the occasion that you manage to snag a fish. There are rod holders located along the railing as well as chairs to sit in while you fish.

There are also washrooms located beside the ice cream shop, which is always handy.

I would highly recommend coming at night around 10:00 pm, as this is when you can often see the cruise ships passing by on their way to and from Alaska. As the passage is quite narrow, the huge boats come quite close, and it is quite a sight to see.

Amazing game chilled place to hangout. Love visiting in the evenings when you can see cruise ships passing by. We even managed to see a seal and seat otters from the pier.

Beautiful! The views were fabulous. The very end of the pier is fenced off, but it doesn't take away anything.
People were fishing, and one angler caught a fish.
There is also bathrooms, and an ice cream shop on the pier.

They have holes on the railing for you to put the fishing rods. They also have washing tables for your catch. There’s a shop that you can buy ice cream snacks and they even provide free ice cream buckets for your catch!
