Overall, their services were very good. The Final Documents Service included in the fee was incredibly helpful. What wasn't good was the way the two men who came to pick up my deceased husband manhandled him. Their stretcher wouldn't fit around the doorway so they used 2 sheets under him to hoist him. The effect was horrifying as the fellow who had the head picked him up at the top of his head like his hand was a twist-tie on a garbage bag and the sheet sucked into his features. He could have been lifted at the shoulders to avoid this last memory for me.

Our information , purchased many years ago in Kamloops, was promptly sent to Vernon, where we now reside. All the necessary details were handled by Cypress .... They provided needed information regarding pensions, etc. The people we spoke to at Cypress were knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to.

During our difficult time, planning my Mom's funeral was made much easier by Jaron and his staff. We had asked to have her funeral within a short period of time due to some of our family having to travel. He went above and beyond and made it happen. He continually said if there is anything you need please reach out, even over the weekend he would answer my texts. I highly recommend Jaron and his staff. Thank you so much!

Jaron & his team were exactly what was needed in my families time of grieving. I would highly recommend alternatives. They make a hard process easy… not to mention the compassion they have is hard to beat!

Rene did the bare minimum and when we changed the burial time she advised us that we would have to do the rebooking ourselves. When I went to do this I was advised that not only had she cancelled the burial appointment for our Father, but also cancelled the purchase of his plot. I had to start over and buy another plot and then arrange a burial time for his urn. Not impressed.
