Very disappointed, phoned to book a wett inspection. I just got a run around for 3 weeks and did not get the required inspection needed by home insurence in required time. Very stressful, wish I'd called another company.

Great little place , Gillian was great she had all my answers ,she went above and beyond when answering all my questions even when I didn't understand she explained in a way that I did. Lucky for me when I was there the installer Dan was also there,between the two of them they answered all my questions. If I ever need to ask about stoves or the install ,I would definitely be asking them.

Purchased an Ashford 30 Blaze King and couldn't be happier with the results of the stove. The stove burns all night and there is no smoke coming out the doors when filling the wood box. Service was excellent with knowledgeable personnel to help answer questions.
