If you're considering taking your EMR course, I can't recommend FACTS—and especially Katie as an instructor—highly enough. She consistently goes above and beyond what’s expected, making sure no one is left behind. Katie has a gift for teaching; she doesn’t move on until you fully understand the material, and her support throughout the course was unmatched. I've never had an instructor like her, and I'm genuinely grateful I chose to take my EMR through FACTS

I recently took the O.F.A level 2 and it was a great course with an amazing instructor. Ronelle was great at teaching us what we needed to know and explaining things to the class while incorporating humor into it which made me feel comfortable in class. Before this course I felt like I wasn't really the kind of person who was good at communicating with a big group of people but now I feel like I'm better with bigger groups because of this course. Thank you for the experience and I highly recommend facts to anyone looking to be certified in first aid!

Attended an OFA Level 2 course with instructor Greg and it was an exceptional experience. Greg went above and beyond, providing thorough theoretical knowledge and practical applications. His coaching style, combined with relatable examples, made the learning process engaging and memorable. My wife and I took a course here with Katie just this week and she was excellent! Taught us some new things and actually used real oxygen tanks, that was a first! Thank you Katie!! Highly recommend FACTS for your first aid training!

This facility treats its students like they are children. This is not a high school. Student is sick and has sick children as a single father I don’t appreciate this company calling my place of employment to bring up attendance due to uncontrolled circumstances, after contacting this facilty to explain what’s happening. Instructor threatening to dump students first aid supply bin out if she’s not happy with the organization of the bin. No problem having students waste gloves steady but can’t supply one way values for pocket masks? Material and supplies are deteriorating and broken. Books are photocopied and homework handouts are a mess and difficult keep organized as multiple staples to hold the materials together. Pretty cheaply put together and poorly run. Will not recommend this company to anyone in need of training they offer and will not have myself enrolled in facility again for renewal. I’m still dealing with repercussions of this facilty contacting my place of employment due to being in this course. I passed this course with 87% written and 85% practical. The administration needs to grow up and act professionally and treat its students professionally. Disgusted with the childish mentality.

Completed my OFA 3 in Kelowna under the instruction of Sarah. Great instructor that approaches teaching in a fun and engaging manner. She makes it known when you make a mistake and clearly explains how to correct it. The structure of the class makes it achievable to pass if you pay attention and put in the work. Highly recommended facility and will get re-certified here.

I did my FA level 1 today and wanted to say that I wasn't too excited to take the course, bur Dan made it very enjoyable. His bubbly personality and jokes here and there kept me entertained and helped me get through the course! See you in 3 years 👊
