A nice regional Science center! It entertained us for several hours and has some interesting interactive exhibits. The center has two axolotls (bred and raised in captivity)

Kids loved the place. They do a little scientist program on Wednesday morning which was like a small experiment and it was delightful. It is quite small and does not have an elevator to go to the second level but there are lots of interactive things for the kids to play with. It is probably better suited for younger kids.

Such a great place to bring the kids. Lots of activities and learning for all ages. We easily killed an hour there but we could've stayed longer if we didn't have to leave. The price was great too.

We took a 3, 6, 7 and 9 year old here and we loved it. All the adults felt it was better than the Science Center in Calgary and the kids didn't want to leave. We had so much fun. We definitely could have stayed and played for hours.

This place is great! If you haven't been there, you should. It has a ton of fun exhibits that both kids and adults can enjoy. A few to note were the axolotls (my daughter's looooved), the shadow room and stations upstairs, and the star dome.
We came here for a birthday party and left making plans to come back.
The birthday party packages are super worth the price, and each kid had a blast. We chose the Slime party and it was great! The instructor was very patient with the kids and very helpful. They even got to bring home the slime after!(don't worry parents- it's not sticky slime and is actually really good- coming from a slime free home😂)
They have awesome membership perks, and lots of different clubs and programs to check out.
Their gift shop also has some pretty cool stuff in it.

Had my daughter's 5th birthday party at the space & science center. In the basement we had our own room where the kiddos got to choose from 3 or 4 options to create ( we did slime) and take home afterwards. We got 2 hours in the room to make the slime & do cake / presents , then everyone got free admission to the rest of the center for however long to play after the room closes.
There is 3 level is total ( the basement is where the party room is) floors 2nd & 3d is the space & science center rest of the building.
Be prepared for lots of fun, digging bones, visiting the reptiles and climbing the rock wall. Lights, Sounds, Lego & educational rooms; plus much more is available to play in here .
The "workers " a k.a the Scientists were great, they came and did the slime with the kids downstairs then went back to back.
Prices were incredibly affordable for the fun, laughs and play, the kids got to explore.
*Note to the party parents* it's helpful if some parents stay to help out as the kids have 3 floors to run and explore and you'll have your hands full if you run the party of children on your own. We had 12 kids, so parental help would have been a touch easier but we survived.
Thank you Okanagan Science center for the non stop fun today! Fun for all ages

During our vacation we decided to stop and visit this centre. It is small but nicely done. Not too busy on a late Tuesday morning/early afternoon. Exhibits are provided in French and English, and can be easily operated by little ones. Free entrance for any science centre annual subscribers.
