Had an amazing experience with my road test today tom was an amazing instructor he was very patient and kind and was very understanding when I told him I have very bad anxiety and did everything in his power to keep things as calm for me as possible. Thank you so much Tom I cant thank you enough for how kind you were today!!😊😊

5 stars for JoJo (I think that was their name, I didn’t catch it fully). They were so helpful and efficient with my extensive needs (switching back to a BC license)
Wait wasn’t too long, about 20 minutes.
The lady who checked me in at the start was abrasive. Asked me what two forms of ID I brought, I said passport and drivers license (as that was what the website told me). She then proceeded to make me feel like I should have my birth certificate with me, which made me panic a bit that I didn’t have everything I needed. Wasn’t very nice. But thankful for the rest of my time there with better professionalism.

Missed road test appointment due to incompetent staff. Came in 15mins early on my check in time (11:30 is my check in time), staff knows I was there and she took 2 pcs of ID, I told her I need to get gas for my motorcycle to do the road test (I live 5 hrs away from this branch due to no appointment availability near me and my learner's is about to expire). She told me I need to be quick because they're going to call my name soon, I got back at the office after 5 mins (11:20am) then I just sat there until 10mins past my actual road test appointment waiting for them to call my name. Long story short, the staff told me I needed to check in again after I went to get gas for my motorcycle hence missing my appointment. Why do I need to check in twice?

Well run generally, I don't know why everyone goes right when they open, stagger the flow and there won't be a massive traffic jam. I think the waiting room could use a loudspeaker to call for the next person in line.

Not enough staff for the amount of people coming in. Minimum 1 hour for wait times.

Staff gives different answers for the same question.

Music is so loud that people can’t hear their names being called.
System to call names is distorted.

Best to make an appointment else you may wait in line for up to 2 hours with covid protocols in place limiting the number of people inside. Metered parking in the area. Be sure to plug the parking meter for a while if you decide to wing it with out an appt else you may end up with a parking ticket to top of your day. Friendly staff. It's not the staff that are slow is just the slow process of the system/technology/business process.

I had a road test today, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the examiner. He falsely claimed that I ran a red light, even though I was making a legal right turn. When I asked for clarification, he seemed unsure and simply said, "Because the law." This vague and unhelpful response made it clear that he was not willing to provide a fair explanation.

Since when turning right is not correct ?
