In the past, I hadn’t had much success with physio therapy.
I injured my arm about 3 months ago. It recently started causing me more pain so I finally decided to give physio another try.
Well, what a very different experience it was! It was a very thorough hands on appointment. Jena pinpointed the problem after putting my arm through the paces. After working on my arm, she gave me clear examples of exercises she would like me to do before my next visit.
Jena’s knowledge was evident throughout the appointment. She is personable and listens to what you say.
My arm is feeling so much better already. I highly recommend Jena!

We were reffered by a friend who has been coming for years for recurring injury and he has spoken so highly of the entire office, and in particular Amanda and Riley. I came to to Jenna Beckett after not being able to work for 3 months. For 3 months my doctor's couldn't find anything wrong with me but I was in so much pain. After 2 visits to Jenna she figured out what was wrong with me. I'm not saying she will fix all your problems, but in 2 visits she was able to figure out what my doctor's couldn't with 3 months of tests, scans and scopes.
