Crystal was recommended to me by a friend who found great success with her daughter. We have been bringing two of our foster children for regular appointments and have seen amazing results. She has helped with our kids anxiety, control issues and Emotional regulation. I can confidentially say that Crystal from Finding Feathers changed my life within my first session with her. I was struggling with extreme anxiety, and I felt like it was a never-ending circle. Therapy every week, walking, exercising everything I thought worked no longer worked for me. I felt like I was failing day after day. I've always had love for horses, so when I found Crystal, I thought why not open my mind to energy healing with horses. I immediately felt safe. I felt physical and mental changes within that first session. I was always terrified of everything that I've ever dreamt of, or struggled with, that came with a risk in life. Always afraid of the "what if I fail, what if something bad happens". My sessions with Crystal have given me hope and the faith to push forward. To believe in myself, when I feel like no one else is, when I feel like I'm failing, don't be hard on myself and keep reaching for my dream. She also gives me such a sense of peace after our sessions. Being someone who struggles with anxiety every day, she always helps me breathe and come down to reality and to trust myself and what my gut is telling me. To believe in the good around us, and really BE in nature to calm us and take it all in. To say the least, I could go on, but knowing Crystal and having only 4 experiences with her has changed my life.
