My child wanted to learn to skate, signed up very easily to LVL Training Centre’s ‘Learn to Skate’ program. Very welcoming staff from the first steps into the facility. Spacious dressing rooms to get ready. I was able to watch from beside the ice and from the main viewing area with ease. High focus on learning the skills needed to skate including how to fall and stand back up, balance, moving, gliding, and stopping. I loved that the kids got to put together what they learn through some mini games near the end. My child was non-stop smiling and looks forward to their next lessons. We will definitely sign up again to further develop skating skills as the end goal is learning to play hockey. Natalie (one of the coaches) is fantastic with the kids and teaches with a fun and easy to understand approach. My child could not skate a few weeks ago and can now move around and get up (if fallen down) all on their own! Thank-You LVL Training Centre staff for helping them learn to skate.

Our daughter is finishing up her first Learn to Skate program at LVL. She attended a program at a different facility prior to LVL and struggled a bit with the learning style and couldn’t stop. The first lesson at LVL she could stop and now by the end of the program she can get herself backwards. The facility and owner/staff and very welcoming and accommodating. They work with each kid in the class at their level. It is clear the experience they have with both the skill and teaching. We have already signed up for summer camp and look forward to supporting LVL along their journey. Thank you so much! We are so glad we were recommended you!

We had our 2 daughters (U13/U15) on the ice for an hour with Jamie Simpson for a shooting clinic, and what an amazing experience we had from the time we entered the building to the time we left. Jamie’s experience and how he interacts and coaches the kids is top notch. He truly loves what he does, and the kids benefit huge from that! Natalie, you have a fabulous facility and we’ll be back for sure!!

As a mom of three kids, I couldn’t be happier with our experience at this skating studio! My children have been taking lessons here for a few months, and it’s been amazing to see how much they’ve grown as skaters. The coaches are incredibly patient, encouraging, and skilled at teaching. They’ve created such a welcoming and supportive environment for beginners, and my kids are thriving! From the moment we walked in, we felt like part of the community. Not only are they learning new skills, but they’re also building confidence and having fun. It’s been such a joy to watch them progress and develop a true love for skating. Highly recommend this rink to anyone looking for quality lessons and a positive experience!

My son (5) has started the learn to skate program and we are all exceptionally happy with it. As the parent I love the 3:1 or better ratio of kids to coaches. My son is always smiling on the ice and constantly asking when his next skating lesson is.

As "New Hockey Parents" we were unsure where to go who to speak to and what to ask. Well we found Nick & Dawn and they have been beyond amazing. They have provided us with all the info regarding their training. As parents you want to see your children develop and build their confidence and of course that happens when the instructors make it enjoyable for them to learn. We were fortunate to stop in on a Saturday morning to witness a few training sessions and left very impressed. Our boys (6 & 9) are so looking forward to starting with the team there. Nick & Dawn thank you again for your guidance and throughout the process....You have definitely set the bar as to what a training program and its people are all about !!!

My kids attend skating lessons here and have had a phenomenal beginner experience. Their coaches made them feel comfortable right away and we can already see their confidence building. I was shocked at how quickly my kids were already moving across the ice and getting back up after falling especially having little skating experience prior to the lessons. My kids look forward to every week!

The coaches at LVL are incredibly knowledgeable and very supportive of anyone in their training facility. They genuinely care about your skating goals and build plans to help you get to the next level. I would recommend LVL to anyone looking to learn to skate, improve their skating or just looking to step up their game!
