This studio is truly amazing. The atmosphere, the teacher, the people, everything is great. Everyone is super welcoming and friendly. It is definitely a judgement free zone. The teacher/owner is fantastic. She is great to learn from and super talented. I highly recommend trying pole with Kaitlyn, you won't regret it. She also offers hoop classes. Kaitlyn has created such a great environment where you can truly come and just be yourself. Strongly recommend!!

I made a spur of the moment decision to try pole and booked at this studio. I can't even tell you how much this changed my life.
As a woman in trades, where I never ever feel like a woman, starting my classes here absolutely changed my life. I have never felt more encouraged, more sexy, and more safe in my life. Kaitlyn was such a supportive and encouraging instructor and Mikayla was amazing with our heels classes.

I have moved since but have continued my pole journey and still continue to have support and encouragement from the studio. Thank you for making me feel amazing about myself!

Kaitlyn is an amazing instructor! She teaches you step by step on how to achieve beautiful pole moves safely and takes into account that everyone in her classes may not be at the same level. Kaitlyn is wonderful! She is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I first went to Ascension Aerials with a group of girlfriends for a one-time class. I ended up enjoying it so much that I signed up for the next 12 weeks of classes!

Kaitlyn is very organized and always has a plan for each session yet she’s flexible by providing options for her students. Kaitlyn teaches skills based on your appropriate level and always ensures everyone is safe while having fun. She plays fun music throughout the class, teaches individual skills and then puts them together in mini routines for everyone to practice learned material. The classes are a great work-out without it feeling like work, and she includes a warm up and cool down stretches too.

The Ascension Aerials studio is super cute, bright and clean. Kaitlyn does a great job of building a community of supportive and confident women. She even hosts showcases to bring people together and highlight the skills learned by students who want to participate. I highly recommend trying at least one class with Kaitlyn; you’ll likely get hooked to pole and Kaitlyn’s classes just like I did!

Kaitlyn is an amazing instructor, who is patient, knowledgeable and kind. She never pushes too hand and tries to work with your individual strengths and weaknesses, and tries to help you achieve your goals. Classes are small so it's a lot more personal.

She's got both static and spin poles, with both chrome and stainless steel.

Very reasonable pricing and classes do get booked up quickly, so if you're interested in pole fitness, definitely secure your spot early!

I organized and booked a private birthday party class with 7 ladies. Kaitlyn was so helpful and accommodating start to finish for this booking. Our group had various different fitness and flexibility levels, and Kaitlyn was patient and helpful while assisting everyone with the different moves throughout.
