Superbe randonnée avec joli sentier boisé, cascades, vue en haut d'une falaise etc. Notre temps de marche était 2h30 (on est en en forme fin cinquantaine). Fin juin : beaucoup de boue, soyez très bien chaussé, et les bâtons de marche aident beaucoup! Utilisez un chasse-moustiques. Mais ça vaut vraiment la peine, c'est magnifique. Attention de ne pas prendre un raccourci qui vous ferait manquer la falaise : si vous pouvez suivez votre trajet sur AllTrails!

Nous avons réalisé cette rando en début novembre en environ 2h-2h30 en tant que bons marcheurs. Le niveau est bien intermédiaire, prévoyez (surtout si vous y allez en basse saison) nourriture et eau ! Un bâton peut être utile et des bonnes chaussures sont préconisées.
Comme il avait plu la veille, il y avait quelques mares de boue/petites rivières à traverser surtout vers la fin. La difficulté dans ce sentier réside dans le fait que l’on marche en grande partie sur des rochers/racines d’arbres qui rend la marche un peu plus complexe mais sinon, rien de compliqué (quelques petites pentes). De plus, quand nous y étions quelques arbres entravaient le chemin car ils s’étaient cassés.
Si vous faites ce sentier, faites absolument le chemin jusqu’au lookout/point de vue ou raterez l’apogée du chemin !
C’est pour cela que je n’ai pas mis 5 étoiles car comparé à d’autres sentiers, il n’a pas tant de points de vue que ça, d’autres seraient plus intéressants à faire.
Sur le sentier, il est plutôt bien balisé sauf sur la fin ou c’est parfois difficile de se repérer attention à bien suivre les balises bleues (image jointe) !

This is one of the longer day-use hikes along Highway 60, featuring some spectacular views, a couple bridges across the river, and some relics of the old train bridge. If you take the side loop to the lookout, be prepared for a large number (about 130) of stairs! The lookout was worth it.

Great hike. Excellent view from look-out at approx. half-way point. Completed in just over 3 hours with a 10 and 12 year old... pretty tired at the end. Would not recommend going after a large rain... was pretty muddy in spots.
