My daughter’s attended the Stage coach camp July 14-18th beyond the yellow brick road. My daughter has a health condition that we have been treating, and being followed by multiple doctors. I explained this to Nicole the manager at the Burlington site. the conversations we had I thought she demonstrated that she understood my daughter’s condition, and she even agreed to give her Tylenol if she had pain. On Monday, (after camp finished) I received a call from childcare services. She reported that my twin girls, seven years old were unkept, wore the same clothes two days in a row and one of them was peeing blood, and that I had a black eye! Children’s aid was very understanding, but said they have to visit our home, with the visit they quickly closed the case. Nicole is extremely incompetent and I’d be very cautious sending your child to her programs. When I called to address her actions of reporting to children’s aid, she was not there to answer, she’s out of the country, the other manager that I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about. I’ve never experienced anything like this before! Please do not use this camp or programs! Nicole demonstrated extremely poor judgment, assessment, and zero critical thinking skills and put a family through a very stressful situation. Since no one was following up from the camp I had to the email the CEO. She apologized for the situation and said that I will receive a full refund.

Stagecoach has been an amazing experience for my daughter! What makes Stagecoach special is that it gives her the freedom to fully express herself in a creative and supportive environment. The teachers are passionate, encouraging, and truly dedicated to helping each student grow—not just as performers, but as creative individuals. Every class is fun, engaging, and inspiring, making it one of her favourite parts of the week! If you’re looking for a place where your child can develop their creativity, embrace who they are, and have an incredible time, I highly recommend Stagecoach!

Stagecoach Burlington is an amazing place for your kids to get the confidence to be who there are! My daughter loves going to Stagecoach every week! Nicole, the principal, is the sweetest, kindest person and always doing everything she can so the kids have an amazing experience. All of the staff are friendly, and caring! The end of term events/performances put on are so wonderful. We are looking forward to the next term!

My daughter has been doing stagecoach now for a few years. We first wanted her to sign up to help with her confidence and ability to speak in front of other people. Wow ! What an improvement we have seen. Nicole and her staff are so kind, talented and great with the students. My daughter is thriving and having the absolute BEST time! Each term, there is always something new and exciting the students are learning. Us and our families are always so impressed with the end of terms performances and how well every detail is thought out. We can't wait to sign up our younger daughter when she turns 4. Thank you so much Nicole and all of Burlington Stagecoach teachers !!!

Stagecoach has always been a great place for my daughter to express her artistic personality.

The staff have always been extremely patient, supportive and caring to my daughter. She has always came home with a great big smile on her face and is excited for the next class.

I would also like to note; the stagecoach manager/owner, Nicole, has always been extremely accommodating for myself and daughter. She has worked with me to help accomodate my daughter's learning disabilities and really made it feel inclusive, regardless of my daughter's challenges .

My daughters have blossomed at Stagecoach! The care and encouragement they receive from their teachers fills their hearts like nothing else can. Nicole (principal) has cultivated a creative, fun and positive environment where the kids are learning resilience and how to go with the flow, alongside singing, dancing and acting.
