Using Covid as their excuse for horrible Customer Service (they haven't answered the phone in a year, not do they return voicemail or email: citing Covid), and an unprofessional policy "we are all working from home".

I reached out to this organisation for help a year ago. I've followed up 10x times, but to no
avail.

Pitty, isn't it, CMHA doesn't understand mental health.

HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION!!!
Stay away from these people!!!
They are famous for cancelling their appointments, siding with landlords, and are more concerned with their meetings than they are with their caseload.
CMHA to me means Cant Handle or Manage Anything.
These organization makes their clients worse not better!!

A very good place to heal and recover from a mental illness. Great programs and all the staff are very helpful. Sometimes as a client, we need to advocate for ourselves, working with the CMHA has been a very positive experiencing.

I'm actually a client of the Aurora office but in the midst of a crisis, I was able to stop by at the Markham office and they were very helpful for me, they allowed me to come in and relax and the workers were very welcoming and kind. Thank you CMHA Markham!

At Mike Finnerty, notice throughout this carefully written take on C.M.H.A. not even so much as a remote negative comment is mentioned. Also criticism of the Client being at fault. Rebecca Shields, stop rating your own company, nobody believes you.
