Après à peine deux ans mon plancher a toute jaunit. J’ai fait une plainte et on me dit que c’est normal qu’après un certain temps (deux ans c’est pas 10 ans) et les rayons UV.(j’ai des fenêtres au gaz argon). Il m’ont dit de changer mes meubles de place régulièrement…comme si c’était possible 🙄 Lorsque j’ai acheté on m’a dit que ça valait la peine de payer plus cher justement à cause de cette garantie anti jaunissement. On se construit souvent et plancher Mercier, plus jamais.

Extremely satisfied! We had Mercier hardwood floorings in our previous house and decided to install hardwood white oak floors from their Naked collection when we recently moved into our new home (see picture). In fact, we didn't even think about installing anything other than Mercier when the time came to move, and we've been incredibly pleased every time! Their products are of the highest quality and add so much cachet to the rooms. We will purchase from Mercier again and highly recommend their products!
