Did a walk-in at APL Beaumont Village with my three kids, aged 8, 5, and 2, for blood draws, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The wait time wasn't as long as I expected, went on a Tuesday around 11am.

Henry, who assisted us, was incredibly kind and gentle with my children. He took the time to explain the process in a way that was age-appropriate and reassuring. His patience and warmth made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable for my little ones.

I was especially impressed by how he engaged with each child individually, making them feel comfortable and at ease. My 8-year-old was nervous about the procedure, but Henry's calming demeanor helped her through it. Even my 5-year-old, who tends to be a bit fussy, was soothed by Henry's gentle approach.

Overall, this visit exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the care and attention we received. Thank you, Henry, for making this experience as smooth and positive as possible for my family! I highly recommend this location for anyone needing lab services, especially for young children.

We go to this lab regularly for routine lab work. The staff in Beaumont are friendly, professional and always welcoming. I am truly grateful for the way they’ve handled my son’s (sometimes complicated) care over the past few years.

We have gone to many labs in the Edmonton area. The wait times are similar everywhere. Bring a book. Play a game on your phone. We do need to wait in Beaumont, but it’s no worse than anywhere else. The staff in Beaumont though…the best.

Booked an appointment for the next day at 2:30pm. Was in and out within 20 minutes. The results showed on my health records before 7am the following day!!

When checked in the person didn’t actually look at the form. Then waited an hour, over 30 min past my appt to be told I couldn’t get bloodwork because the health number wasn’t on the form even though I have ID and heath card with me

I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment, and I was the only person in line, and I waited for 15 minutes for any to knowledge me. Then, I was made to wait 20 minutes past my appointment. What is the point of making an appointment if they are going to make you wait and walk in are taken before you. My time is valuable. So please don't waste it.

I recently visited this location for blood work. While the service provided was professional and efficient, I must address the prolonged wait time experienced during my visit. Despite arriving 10 minutes before my appointment time, I found myself waiting an additional 25 minutes past the scheduled time before being called in for my blood work. What’s the point of appointments if they don’t ensure prompt service? Better scheduling and communication are needed.

Every time I come I have an appointment and every time I wait well past my appointment time. Today I was the only appointment, everyone else was walk in yet they were still calling in walk ins before me. I’m literally waiting 25 minutes past the appointment time as I write this. They are slow here, lots of staff, not that many waiting yet still far behind. Do better.

I came in at 8:17am, the service is too slow. I had waited for more than an 1 hour. I was served at 9:39am.
I noticed only 2 collection chairs inside, the place is so tight.
Hopefully the management will take actions, improvements / expansions to serve faster.
