Tanya and Robert installed the granite in our old home about 10 years ago and we couldn’t have been happier with the price and quality. So when we recently renovated our new home we knew we had to have them do the install of all the stone. We went with quartz countertops and backsplash for the kitchen as well as the laundry room, bathrooms, and shower bench. They also installed a stunning marble feature around the fireplace. Robert’s attention to detail is unprecedented and it shows. We did have to wait a bit as they were busy but it’s well worth it and we couldn’t be happier.

After talking with what seemed like every granite company possible, I found Allstone and not only were their prices the best, their service was incredible. We have used Allstone twice now, when completing our basement bathroom in our previous house and now our current house. Although we had a hiccup with the install date this time we are still extremely happy with how it turned out and would definately call them again for future projects!

Had a very negative experience here. Took months to get what we ordered although told it would only be a weekish. Very little communication or care, even though we paid A LOT of money. Once the backsplash and countertop finally came in, the installer said that there was no way to install it because glass is impossible to cut without breaking it. Did our research and went with another company who said it was easy to install, and installed quickly. Seems that this is a common occurrence with this business.

We will always try to support local where we can, but I cannot recommend Allstone to anyone.
While my counters look fantastic, the difficulty in communication (emails and calls that go unanswered until you follow up) until you have an invoice to pay, they can reach you very quickly when you have an invoice to pay, the delays (two weeks late to install after promising 3 weeks from measuring up, resulting in us having to rearrange our tiler), the inability to accurately arrange a time (left my father sitting in our house from 9:30 AM when the said they would be there, until 3:30 PM when they actually arrived), and the lack of ownership for any of this from anyone was truly disheartening. We didn’t get an apology, just an explanation about how it was anyone and everyone else’s fault/delay/problem.
I was shocked when I found out that, at the 4 week mark, our counters were JUST going into fabrication… How they ever imagined install would be 3 weeks from measurement, I’ll never know.
The sad fact is that even if they had told me 4 - 6 weeks, they would have still been faster and more reasonable than most other places I got quotes from.
I had a disappointing and unfortunate experience and don’t wish the same for anyone else.

We love our countertops, the service right from our first phone call for pricing to installation was fantastic. Prices were good, our countertops are gorgeous, Tanya was great to deal with and Robert and Steven were great with the install. We would definitely use them again and recommend using them.

AllStone did our kitchen counters, and drybar counter and then we had them back recently to do our main floor bathroom. We have had an excellent experience - they were reliable, professional, fast and did great work. We are happy with both the products and the service and would highly recommend this awesome locally-owned company to our friends and family!
