I am extremely disappointed with Okotoks cellphone repair. Having made a 10am appointment, stating I would be there at 9.45am as my time was limited - I stood with 2 other patrons in the narrow corridor - waiting.................
By 10.10am there was no sign of the owner. This is a BIG RED FLAG to me, showing a lack of business ethics

Edited: 6 months in it took me to notice that my phone no longer charges via the charging port and only by wireless. Also battery life inconsistent and the percentage does not reflect the true charge. Changed to 1/5
