I am THRILLED and HAPPY with Live Yoga!!! I have been going to Other Yoga Studios for over 10 years but Only gotten small improvements. July 4, 2025 was my FIRST class at Live Yoga. The RESULTS were Marvelous!!! I Have almost perfect posture after decades of having a Bent back because of my job working on a computer. Inhaling Deeper by Breathing down into my abdomen and Stopped being a Lifetime Mouth Breather. Sleeping better. These Results have STAYED! I instantly joined and became a Member and have taken more Classes. Do yourself a Favor and come to a Class. You will be Happy you did!!!

Live Yoga is a wonderful yoga studio. All the teachers are great and each offer a unique yoga class experience. There is a class for all levels of practitioners. The skilled teachers willingly adapt poses to make them accessible for all bodies. I have been coming to this studio for 10 years and love it. Try it, you'll love it.

The instructors are excellent and the variety of class offerings are perfect. The studio is very welcoming too. Other members are friendly which makes me want to return. It seems like there's a community there, not just a place to go to for yoga classes.

The unique and local hand-made gifts are available for purchase in-store. Live Yoga was voted the best studio in White Rock, a multi-style studio proud to offer the highest quality instructions, in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Live yoga is a studio where anyone feels welcome and part of a community, whether it’s your first time trying yoga or an experienced yogi. I love the variety of classes that they offer and every teacher brings their own set of knowledge and ideas to the class. I have been a student at Live Yoga for over 20 yrs. It is my place I go to to connect with my mind, body and spirit in a safe and welcoming atmosphere. They also have a fun store for gift giving! Highly recommend.
