We had the most amazing experience with the birth of our child here. Nurses Bonnie and Inna took amazing care of us. They were very patient and gave us excellent help in our private room (which everyone gets) to assist us 24/7. It was actually unbelievable to have a fully dedicated nurse. They were extremely knowledgeable and kind. They love what they do and it shows. Bravo!! I owe the safe delivery of our child to them.

I came into St. Boniface Hospital on the morning of September 3rd with paramedics after a fainting episode, and I just want to thank the doctor and staff who cared for me that night. The wait times were long, but the quality of care absolutely made it worth it.

The doctor was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen and asked thoughtful questions instead of rushing through. He ordered an MRI and made sure I was comfortable, even giving me plenty of IV fluids, which helped a lot. He was also the first doctor to acknowledge that what I was experiencing was vasovagal syncope or neurocardiovascular syncope (NCS), an autonomic nervous system condition affecting blood pressure and circulation to the brain. That validation meant so much after months of being dismissed elsewhere.

The ER and MRI nurses were amazing, they helped me get through the excruciating pain while waiting for a bed and were attentive to everything I needed during my stay.

Thank you to that doctor and the staff at St. Boniface for showing genuine care and professionalism when it mattered most.

An amazing hospital! 💖
For any woman wondering what this wonderful place provides after giving birth:
Every bathroom is fully stocked with mom supplies — mesh underwear, two sizes of maternity pads, and a peri bottle.
In the shower, you’ll find extra towels, shampoo/body wash, and nursing pads.

For your baby, under the bassinet you’ll find newborn diapers (size 1 available if needed), soft cloths for wipes, swaddle blankets, a small comb, and q-tips for umbilical cord care.
If you need baby soap or formula, just ask — they’ll happily provide it.

Such a comfortable and supportive experience for new moms 🌸
Thank you, St. Boniface Hospital, for the wonderful care and attention ❤️

Very disappointed in the level of care.
We brought our 6-year-old in during an active asthma attack, and triage told us there was a 7-hour wait and essentially advised us to leave. They didn’t even take his vitals — if they had, they would have seen that his oxygen levels were dangerously low.

We immediately went to the Children’s Hospital, where he was assessed and treated right away. Due to the severity of his condition, he was admitted for several days.

That’s what proper care looks like. You don’t turn away a child in respiratory distress because there’s a long wait — you assess and act.

Absolutely terrible experience — completely disgusted.
I want to share my personal experience. My wife and I went to the emergency room with severe abdominal pain around 5 PM. From 5 PM until 6 AM — 13 hours — we waited just to see a doctor. The only "help" we got was two Tylenol pills. That’s it. Very helpful indeed.
Around 7 AM, we were finally taken to a room. But we waited until noon to get test results that we had already done the previous evening. Then, from 2 PM to 5 PM, we waited again just to speak to a doctor. I've never seen more unqualified and incompetent medical staff in my life. And the final insult? The doctor printed out our “treatment recommendations” using ChatGPT. That completely blew my mind.
Let’s talk about the state of the place — it’s filthy, outdated, and depressing. It honestly looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the day it opened.
I'm giving this place **1 star** only because I can’t give **zero**. I pay massive taxes, part of which funds healthcare. And this is the kind of disrespectful, useless treatment we get — both from the staff and especially Dr. Molon

I've had both my children delivered here and both times were great experiences despite my labors being so different/difficult for me.

I am so grateful for the nurses, doctors, anesthesiologist, and other staff. They were all extremely welcoming and kind. It made long periods of time in the hospital bearable.
