I had an excellent experience! The staff was friendly and the service was great! The end result was a beautiful set of rims that looked horrible when I brought them in.... Definitely get more work done with them.

We are been dealing with Tri Koating for the past 5 years and they have great quality and great service . We gave them all of our business and they have been very good with getting some of our rush jobs done and missed parts we had forgotten they treated us well. Thanks for Tri Koating. But this past year they have been so busy they were telling us they have a 3-4 week lead time which is a little too long. We found someone else to do our business but I wouldn't mind going back to them cause they are local

I was quite disappointed. My rims ended up looking good but it took far too long. We had brought them there on a Friday and they said they would be done by early the next week. It took 4 weeks and when I went to pick up they almost gave me the wrong rims. Turns out mine weren’t even done yet so I had to wait an extra day. We had called 3 weeks earlier and they were ready to be painted at that point. Seems like they had been sitting for 3 weeks when it was a one day job. Just seems very unorganized there and over priced.
