Happy Jack Yoga has been an incredible educational experience! I've had the opportunity to deepen my own practice, get certified, and gain such an amazing support system through this community. The Hero's Journey is truly a transformational program - I highly recommend it to anyone with a love for yoga or a curiosity. The Yoga Teacher Training with Happy Jack Yoga University is absolutely transitional! I have joined this training just to deepen my practice and learn more about yoga. I have been a part of Happy Jack University for the last few years. I have just completed the Yoga for Grief course. It has been so absorbing, uplifting, educational and most of all useful. Hanna's teaching is so accessible, she speaks from and to the heart, whilst providing tools that can be used immediately with impact. Everything Happy Jack does it from a loving heart centered place. Ha!!! ‍♀️I am so proud of myself. I have completely two courses in the past two weeks. I learnt from the lectures and practiced Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga everyday. Feel so GREAT!! ?
