So disappointed with IGA. I count on you to provide my food. No small trust.

My grocery orders just show up without any proteins. This is a common occurrence. A partial order just arrives. Any sale items are mysteriously unavailable.

No one calls to suggest subs. No one cares obviously. I simply can’t trust or count on IGA. I’m just one customer, but I think this is a telling story.

Items left in truck, items not delivered in time window, it’s really going from bad to worse. I often feel tricked or misled.

Have to now set up and shop elsewhere. As I said… very disappointing to see such terrible customer service, from such a great brand like Sobeys. FYI, if produce gets any smaller, it will be in invisible.

I just won’t be taken for granted. My last post here had more than 7000 views. I hope people consider other brands, if service is important to them.

IGA is simply unusable as a delivery agent. End of story.
