Came in to check the price and availability of a barbecue and Dave helped us … he was awesome and went out of his way to make sure this item was good for what we needed.. such a great guy and his service was impeccable… I recommend his help to anyone who needs it..

If there were 6 stars this store would definitely be granted this rating. Walk into the aroma of movie quality popcorn. Peter (rep.) Sepurb. Friendly, knowledgable, as are the rest of the staff. Time with customers to problem solve and achieve proper solutio s that work to fit the budget.. Are their goal.

First of all want to say in all the years of dealing with Home Hardware, Bracebridge have found the service to be excellent. It came as a shock and surprise when I went in this time to wait at the service counter have someone answer the phone after I arrived and someone else getting something then asking have I been helped. They took me to where the item was said sorry only have this size, and left. In the past the service people have checked the back or asked "let me look it up and we can order for you". Nothing was extremely disappointed.

Listen, a lot can be said for a hometown hardware store that can deliver on whatever you need. The staff is 100% Covid safe and very helpful. I would highly recommend Home Hardware for any needs that you have while Chittagong or as a permanent resident. Better than the big box stores.

Better off to go to the Gravenhurst store. Went in for paint, after waiting at the desk for a period of time, I went to the service desk, where they paged the lady to come to the paint area. No one came and the lady at the service desk just went back to texting on her phone. No one came, no one seemed to notice or care that a customer was waiting. Also there was only 3 customers in the store at the time, so no excuses for bad service. The store was not busy.

Staff was very friendly and helped me find 12mm copper coated tubes with no hassle. The only problem is their trash cans are really small. Better off going to Canadian Tire for your disposal container needs.
