Awesome night out, loved the venue. Good people, great atmosphere and friendly bartenders. Went to the Boston Levi show and the sound was perfect. Awesome spot to watch live music or just go for a drink.

Bracebridge Hall is a cool, cozy venue with great vibes - I’m a big fan. My husband and I worked with Mike and his team to put on a private event and I can highly recommend them and the venue. They were so flexible and easy to work with during the upfront planning through to day of execution. We hosted 120 guests and everyone had an amazing time - commenting on the courteous staff, great beer selection, delicious craft cocktails and fun music. We got blessed with nice weather and were able to take advantage of their patios as well! Bracebridge Hall is a great place to grab drinks or host a private function.

I think I had a great time, but let's keep it a secret. I picked up my tipsy wife, who makes notoriously bad decisions and she lured me in for live music and some " cool vibe" whispers. I immediately dragged her out ( within 1 to 5 hours).
Stay away! They will get their hooks into you!

Great event in dtown Bracebridge- we celebrated our parents 50th Anniversary. Amazing Art Deco Venue, 5star Catered meal, cocktails and more. Clean, safe, social distancing space! Highly Recommended

This place was just rocking tonight. They had a band called the Muskoka River Band that was outrageously good. Excellent atmosphere, very intimate without being uncomfortable. What a gem. Highly recommend

I purchased four tickets to see the band sounds of Sting on Saturday, April 13 At Bracebridge Hall. On April 2, I was contacted by a member of the band,who is a friend, and was told that the venue had cancelled the concert. I contacted Bracebridge Hall at least 12 times by phone, by email and through social media. I left numerous messages. No one at Bracebridge Hall ever called me back, I wasn’t even told that the concert had been canceled. I finally realized that I would never get my $180 back so I made a claim with my credit card company. I finally got my refund in May. The reason I didn’t go to get the refund in person is because I live in North Bay. My husband, Steve , and I are very disappointed in this company. Terrible customer service.

Purchased 4 tickets online to see a concert at Bracebridge Hall back in March. Bracebridge Hall cancelled the event, they never informed us about the cancelation and they did not refund the money for the tickets. We contacted them at least a dozen times trying to get a refund and got the run around from the staff. Finally had to put in a dispute with our credit card company to get our money
back. Talk about poor business practices. Don't trust these guys to deliver once they have your money.
