I had a great experience in the paint department this week. The employee provided me with samples of stains so that I could make an informed decision. He was genuinely friendly and answered all my questions. I had a similarly great experience at the Rona Waterdown too. Both Ronas are fantastic - always stocked with what I'm looking for, always clean, and the staff is always very helpful. Thank you!

Wonderful staff, clean and neat store, great service and caring people. Special thanks to Chris in appliances and Cinthia in Cabinets. Chris was very thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and patient when I needed to replace 4 appliances in my kitchen. Helped me find the right ones, located ones not on hand, helped me with measurements and specs, price matching and decision making on multiple visits, all the way to arranging delivery to my kitchen by a fantastic delivery team. They carried the appliances up multiple stairs through narrow doorways like babies and placed them without as much of a scuff or scratch on my new floors or kitchen cabinets. Thank you so much team Rona!

By far the worst Rona+ store I've been to.

3 times now I've driven to the store as it shows inventory of 100+ and each time no one can find the product...what they are able to do is supply excuses and reasons as to why there must be a mistake on the quantity.

Never seen a Rona+ like this.

I would suspect poor management organization.

Won't return to this particular store.

Note: Added a star only because this last time I was there and they couldn't find it, was because someone was in the process of stealing it in their truck around back. They stopped me on my way out and said they found it.

Today I went into this Rona store to purchase paint for a front door. Aaron in the paint department was so amazing. He explained the different paints and their respective benefits. Then he asked if I owned a business, which we do, and he set me up as a VIP. I didn’t know anything about this. What a great program coupled with great service. The cashier, I didn’t get her name, in the contractor/lumber area was also quite fantastic! Great staff at this store. Will definitely visit more often and support Canadian!!!

Absolute nightmare. We ordered a gazebo and patio furniture. Lack of coordination between the installer and the deliverer. The customer has to individually call both of them to coordinate a delivery. The delivery date dates were messed up by Rona multiple times and had to call multiple times to both parties to get the dates sorted out. Finally we got a date more than a month after purchase 4 weeks. The gazebo was delivered and was left at the curbside( according to the Rona manager that is their policy!!!!) from where it was stolen. Rona cannot help with this unlike Amazon. The manager apparently is
saying that he has never seen this happen in the last 20 years but when the incident was reported to police they mentioned that this is the most common kind of theft. Please never buy from this store. I had a similar experience with them a few years ago as well.

Just had the best experience in the paint department. Had a hard time colour matching a paint for my living room but Will was able to match the colour I was looking for perfectly! Very knowledgeable and friendly! 10/10 experience

I brought my 91 year old mom in to look for 2 appliances we needed to replace. Christene helped us to get what we needed and explained the dishwasher we chose was going to be delayed. Christene kept us updated on the delay weekly. Once they were delivered, the delivery drivers were quick, and very friendly. Thank you. I will definitely return.
