We have a lot of experience with building homes, and I can confidently say, this was by far the best experience we've had. Michael was excellent throughout the whole process, and made sure each step was stress free. He is available whenever needed as well. The builders are great. We have been living in one of their constructed home since 2016 and loved that. Their finishing and material quality is excellent. Based on experience we booked out new home with them. They were flexible with changes we wanted to make and provided guidance all the way. The work was done well in time. Home handed over was very smooth. We love our new home. Mike and John are always a phone away. They deserve 7 stars.

I purchased my first home through Scarlett Homes and could not be happier. My expectations have been exceeded.
The standards that the builder included were plentiful. The home is of top quality.
The costumer service was and continues to be wonderful. They are very responsive and understanding. The couple of minor deficiencies were handled in a timely manner and without complication.
The entire process was stress-free and enjoyable.
I am very happy and look forward to upsizing to another Scarlett Home in the future 🙂

My sister recently moved into a home built by Scarlett Homes. The service during the construction process was 10/10 and Michael was extremely helpful and patient in helping design the perfect home for her. Any issues after moved in where attended to very quickly. I am a contractor and can speak to the quality of their work. The home is very high quality compared to the new builds that I have seen and/or renovated. The price is also extremely fair for how high quality of a home was delivered. Would 10/10 recommend.
