Very helpful and caring!
Ensured I was capable and wanting to do the jobs that were offered, and gave me options as to what types of jobs, hours, etc. Very willing to work with you to meet your needs and find you employment.
Also extremely understanding and caring, as when I had an accident (nothing major, just a twisted ankle) I received a text checking up on me. Not to see if I was going to make it to work that night, or anything like that. Simply just caring enough to see how I was doing.
You may not find your dream job, and perhaps your first placement or two won't work out. However the staff at Crossroads (Special Kudos to Sam and Laura) will do their best to find you employment!
I have only used the services of one other staffing agency in the past, however I am extremely grateful and pleased with the services provided.

I worked with crossroads on 2 separate occasions, the first time I was looking for some fill in work for the summer. They were great at offering me various decent paying temp positions to fill in the time I was between jobs.
The second time I worked with them I landed a temp to permanent position delivering propane (dz license) crossroads was great to work for. The work is not always easy but if you keep an open mind and show up with a positive attitude to work every day, they will do their best to keep you happy!
I would definitely recommend giving crossroad a chance to find you work, it may lead to a good full time job or just help you fill in some time and gain some different experiences with nothing to lose.

During the pandemic I'd been laid off from my regular work and had been struggling to find anything, After joining up with Crossroads I had an interview that week (did not get the job unfortunately) and began working the following Monday. The work itself was not what I normally would do, but when you need to work I was glad to get anything. It was even above the minimum wage job I had been doing before.

My time there I had some concerns which I emailed the team and got a call back within 10 minutes. It was nothing urgent (or I would have phoned) but that's how quick they were to follow up with me. Ultimately I had been working with the company as a temp. for 8 months and have been offered to go permanent on their payroll. Since I am still in limbo with my previous job I figure I may as well.
