Paul was amazing. We were first time customers with a boat trailer issue (brake failure) after calling around every where and feeling totally lost with who could assist with our repair Paul said bring it right over and we will have a look. In one day he got back to me with what was needed had the parts in stock and it was ready the next day. Truly outstanding service would definitely recommend this business. Friendly Fast Efficient

I had a suspension issue with my camper van and was given Paul’s name and number from a friend. I contacted Paul and he was able to recommend a solution over the phone. I had them install Timbrens as they suggested and my issues were solved for a reasonable price. Paul was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and accommodating given my tight timeline. Definitely recommend Orillia Springs to anybody.

I had a suspension upgrade done on my truck, they did a excellent job not only that they went the extra mile helping me with another upgrade
getting my truck prepped for a camper. I would like to commend Paul & Mike for going that extra mile in helping me out. It was a pleasure doing business with Orillia Springs Service.
