CMHA is a great organization for free support, connection and counseling. However, I do find some of the stuff they do very unprofessional and unorganized. Like one time my case management worker just straight up stopped working there out of nowhere, so they put with someone else even though I was trying to build a connection with the original case manager. Also, one time, my case management worker prioritized another client over me and ended our session early. But then another time she made an appointment with me, forgot about it and was talking to someone else, and didn't prioritize me despite the fact that we had an appointment. Although this organization isn't perfect, it'd be stupid of me to not mention how helpful it had been for the most part. Really kind, compassionate people who are committed to helping you as much as they possibly can. My case worker actually helped me write a letter to housing and she's the reason I got out of my bad living situation so fast. Thank you guys for everything.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I may not be here if it wasnt for them. They actually care. If you've been through the system in Sudbury you should KNOW how rare that is. Thank you for everything you guys do.

What an incredible community resource! Quick access to skilled caseworkers/therapists, friendly and welcoming staff from intake to reception, and great appointment availability overall. I'm so grateful for the world class care I received at CMHA. I was supported for over a year with countless resources, regular 1-on-1 sessions, and referral to 3 very helpful local mental health programs. Thank you, CMHA! You guys are amazing!!

Contacted them in full crisis... no where else to turn. They sent me an envelope full of useless pamphlets that I tossed in the blue box. Horrible. We need a centralized location that can offer treatment and support for people in crisis. The few good reviews are probably from CMHA employees

For a mental health association, you provide very little help to those in need. Especially here in the north. Disappointed.

Myself and my daughter attended an intake session on December 21st to get some help and direction. Both of us are still waiting for our follow up emails to offer any services that are available. I followed with a phone call mid- January and have still not heard or gotten any info. What exactly is this service for?

I was called back after submitting forms for intake sessions online and had messages left telling me to call in immediately. I called in and they more or less immediately hung up after they asked me to call in? I'm not sure what this service actually does because they never got back to me but it's definitely not supporting those of us in crisis or with mental health issues....
