I needed a new cane with a smaller base to replace the quad cane loaned by a friend. The staff and products at Silver Cross are great. Discovered they have all sorts of wheel chairs, helpful side tables, lift chairs & stair lifts. They had various canes with different prices and features. I decided to go with a more expensive version with a wonderful grip and good base. The sales rep adjusted the height and watched me walk with it. I asked if they could put my name & # on it and yes! They did that at no charge! I've heard of people leaving them in shopping carts, airplane, and taxis with no ID. So this gives me great comfort.
I highly recommend this store.
I love this type of hand grip. Compared to standard grip this is very easy on your hand muscles!

The installers were so pleasant, understanding, and caring. The two chairs lifts they installed are great, exactly what we were expecting, all features were explained and demonstrated. I would definitely recommend Silver Cross Sudbury for any mobility needs, they have a huge selection...thanks to all ....

Highly recommend silver cross for their exceptional service and quality of equipment. Best price in town and had availability for equipment. Highly recommend the foot scooter for anyone with a broken foot and in a cast this scooter helped me function more normally around my house and made tasks easier then with crutches. Best investment for a broken foot well worth the money thanks silver cross!

I had the pleasure of being a customer at SILVER CROSS on Notre Dame . . I needed a hospital bed for after my knee surgury and after shopping around at Pharma Plus (the service was abrupt) and Motion Specialties (they didn't even look up when we came in)and had no beds , our last stop was Silverand we were welcomed right away by Trisha. Cross . They had a bed for $200.00 delivery,pick up and tax included. The delivery was on time and Henry wore his mask and was helpful. Unfortunately my surgury was cancelled and when I called Silver Cross they were very sympathetic and said they would help me out and they did. Thank you for restoring my faith in local business and I recommend they to anyone looking for all the accessories you might need to help with your health needs, wheelchairs, walkers,etc.

You are correct my name is not on your file my partners is. I made the call requesting help because he wasn’t in a position too. I was the person who was spoken rudely too. The rental item is from Silver Cross on Notre Dame. The part in question was to have been on the rental before he left the hospital. The bill for the subsequent makeshift part on a rental is from Silver Cross on Notre Dame. My experience was with Silver Cross on Notre Dame

Thank you for your response to the above. But, for the record, the correct part has NOTbeen delivered. What was finally delivered and attached to the wheelchair with “tie wraps” was a substitute piece. The person who installed it informed us it was not the correct piece but a rigged substitute. Al I was asking for when I originally called was for help and a solution, a substitute piece so my partner could go to dialysis. What I got was told repeatedly there was nothing that could be done, and the companies only responsibility was to rent the equipment.

Obviously, a solution, a substitute could have been offered the day

When my in laws needed a vertical lift at their home, my husband googled and found this company on line.... Called them up...and Dean the owner, replied promptly, he came to quote and explain what was needed. When the site was ready, he was back to inspect and place the order and within a couple of weeks, the unit was delivered and all set up within hours.... The work was completed professionally and he made sure my in laws had the proper training before leaving the site. The next day we visited their store at 760 Notre Dame Ave in Sudbury, and we were very impressed with the displays and purchased a pursuit XL Scooter at a great price, and again we were educated on the operation of the unit... Would strongly recommend this business for any purchases needed for medical aids or products.

Great customer service! I was in town for and in a wedding and was on crutches, and Silver Cross was able to rent me a one leg scooter for an incredibly reasonable price! They were life savers! Thank you!!

I was looking for a small spring for a scooter and it seemed like no shop in town had anything on hand, but thankfully the staff here were helpful and managed to find something similar enough in their backroom. Great service.
