Our AC stopped working and these guys were quick, professional, and pleasant!

We had to change the appointment last minute and their phone operator was able to move it with no issues. Sorry, I forgot his name, but he was really good!

Our technician, Nick, was great too! Super polite and really sweet! I was surprised by how quickly he arrived, diagnosed our AC & thermostat, and fixed them. He also entertained my random questions haha!

Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend these guys.

During our initial call for service, an appointment was made for the following day—which was great.
The technician came and explained the situation clearly. He needed to return once a replacement part arrived.

During his second visit, he replaced the part, noticed other things that needed to be adjusted, and made those changes. He explained everything clearly.

Sameer called and told us he'd be arriving early which worked out well for us. He got right down to business. It was rainy and cold when he inspected the heat pump but he had no complaints. Signed us up no problem for the monthly maintenance plan as we requested. Good job. Thanks for everything.

Couldn't have asked for better service. Technician Andrew M. arrived with helper to change my hot water tank. They were extremely pleasant and very efficient. Everything was done in 1 and 1/2 hours...no mess left behind....took care of every last detail. Very positive experience and I would highly recommend!

Nikki who took care of my huge NTI boiler issue was very helpful and kind. They are quick and organized. I highly recommend 669 heat as I’ve used them multiple times and will use them again! Sign up for their yearly maintenance package for 180$ and get 20% off your repairs.
Call them for more details and mention this post and recommend them to your friends and family to stick on their fridge incase of an emergency they are willing to go to your place anytime and they don’t charge after hours or emergency fees it’s always the same. This is u heard of . Thank you 669 heat. I didn’t need this issue with my boiler at this time but your help and kindness made it bearable. Sandra Verhoeven
