I gave birth here on the 10th of October and I had a very pleasant experience..
Maternity nurses were the best, super helpful, cheerful and patient!
Thank you to all the great ladies ( Karen, Katherine, Jenn and all others ) who gave their best to make Moms journey easy.

My daughter got the surgery here, good experience, especially the receptionist at main entrance, the senior lady was kind and took us to the registration. Nurses were nice with patience.

I had a surgery and the entire staff was incredible but a few nurses in particular really stood out for me. Jen in the maternity ward was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond she was very caring and compassionate towards me. As well as Samantha in the maternity ward took very good care of me. Susan who was my surgeon gave me all the knowledge that I needed and was very nice and made sure I was comfortable before I left the hospital. There were others that I did not catch they’re names but everyone that took care of me thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

I was very hesitant to take our 6 year old in for surgery at a non childrens hospital but it was the best experience ever.

Our nurse Michele (I believe that was her name- it's all a blur) who prepped my son for surgery deserves the highest level of recognition. She went so out of her way to make us comfortable. She spent every moment keeping us entertained (letting us colour pictures for her wall and chatting with us), comfortable, and feeling at ease. She even took care of my other son and husband in the waiting area. Her smile and attitude gave us instant comfort. I have never experienced such care. I'm so grateful for her. She is so special. Her student Devin was amazing as well. He's being trained by the best.

Our anesthesiologist, Dr.Tolton, was so full of life and made my son and I instantly comfortable. The surgeon, Dr.Vaccani, was so gentle, knowledgeable, caring and he guided me though how to keep my son comfortable while being sedated with such care. I couldn't believe how often both doctors checked in on us despite them being so busy.

Our aftercare nurses and everyone else we encountered along the way were incredible. Even nurses on breaks walking the halls said hi. The volunteers at the cafeteria and the one that helped us out to our car were so friendly and helpful.

I was admitted 1 week ago.I did come in a week before that but after 12 hours in the waiting room they discharged me. The emergency staff were slow and even passed a friend through while some of us had waited I came back as my leg was going numb and my back pain was getting worse I have had Degenerative Disc Dease for over 15 years able to manage it a couple of administrations
But I was able to manage this time was the worst I ever had.I had a very nice Dr. who did a CT Scan explained it all to me and said he wanted to get me to a pain clinic and manage my pain better the next day he was cnot on I ended up with a nightmare of a Dr. Never took a history.said I had nothing wrong even told the MRI TECHNICIAN I had nothing wrong. Took me off all medicine the 1rst Dr. Put me on. I was moved that night to 4 different beds and after a week into a bed but. No pain medication.A terrible Dr. And I'm suffering.I would never of called the ambulance if I had of known the BROCKVILLE General Hospital maybe new and fancy but the care is awful they are not accountable for the Dr. I think they should of spent the money on better quality hospital and not a pretty one. Next time I call a cab instead of ambulance and go to Smith Falls or Kemptville I hear they are very nice and quality care.

Horrible experience. The wait times were bad enough and the ER staff wasn’t any better. Doctor was very dismissive and ignored multiple concerns my mother had about her health. would give negative stars if i could.

Went in with difficulty breathing, they ordered an xray and didn't see anything wrong and sent me home.

Went to my family doctor for a second opinion and she ordered a second xray. I have a collapsed left lung.... Went to Kingston General.
