From the moment you step into Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Brockville, Ontario, you are enveloped in a sense of warmth and belonging. This church is not just a structure of beauty and grace; it is a home where hearts connect, and spirits are uplifted.

For several years, my late father-in-law served as an usher, a role he cherished deeply. He and my mother-in-law were pillars of the congregation, attending daily mass and every Sunday service without fail. Their devotion was a testament to the church’s ability to foster a community of faith and love.

Almost a year ago, we held my father-in-law’s service within these hallowed walls, and the church provided solace and strength during our time of grief. Each corner of this sacred space holds countless memories that are dear to my family and me.

My last treasured memory with him was a day spent in reflection and togetherness. After sharing a meal, we attended mass at this very church—a simple yet profound joy that I hold close to my heart. Following the service, we visited my mother-in-law in the nursing home, where we shared with her the Holy Communion, a sacred tradition that brought comfort and connection even outside the church walls.

Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church is more than a landmark; it is a beacon of hope and a repository of cherished moments. It stands as a testament to the enduring spirit of community and the comforting embrace of faith.?

Loving St Francis Xaiver again. The new priest is just as great as the last. Worth the visit for a mass if you haven't been in a while.
Summer Sunday schedule is 10 am.

Beautiful altarpiece and stained glass. Masses are celebrated with great reverence and piety. Great preaching too. Marble altar and pulpit are jewels.

It's a lovely place of worship, with a cozy environment. Fall and winter mass start at 9am and spring and summer mass starts at 10am. Free street or lot parking every Sunday.
