Prestige did an excellent job. Glen came to the house assessed the rerquirements. Rich and Wayne did a great job in removing the old water heater and replacing it with a new one. Very tidy workmanship, checked everything and they took pride in their work. Looking forward to a trouble free water heater

if i can give zero star, i won't give even one star. definitely not recommend! really bad service. work inefficiently and unreliability. It took the worker two hours to take a new part from supplier and charge $30 fee vehicle fees. All of waiting time for the two hours are included in the total service fee, which is $85 per hour. Only replace a fan coil, in total, it takes them four hours. The woman who picks up the phone had really bad attitudes towards customers. She even blame customers when i question the final service fee.

I cannot wait to tell you all about this wonderful guy Bryon Who came out to us this freezing cold winter night when our furnace broke down.He figured out the problem in seconds,fixed and and was ready to go.
I truly and highly recommend this super company especially Bryon who really lifts up the " prestige" of this company.
