Had a wonderful experience on the birthing ward! Mackenzie and Sarah were beyond amazing nurses and made me feel extremely comfortable during my stay. Dr Udoyeop has amazing bedside manner and was very thorough during my prenatal visits. Dr Hameed was my OB during birth and is one of the sweetest ladies you will meet! Highly recommend this team and hospital for pregnancy!

Plus all rooms are private!!

My wife and I were absolutely blown away by the exceptional care and support provided by Northumberland Hills Hospital during the birth of our first child. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every member of the staff exceeded our expectations with their unwavering dedication and warmth.

The nurses were simply phenomenal - always available, incredibly knowledgeable, and deeply invested in our well-being. Their genuine excitement for us and our little one made the entire experience even more special. Their patience, involvement, and encouragement were truly remarkable.

The doctors were equally outstanding, demonstrating exceptional professionalism, empathy, and expertise throughout every procedure. Their clear explanations and reassuring demeanor helped alleviate any concerns, making us feel confident and well-informed every step of the way.

The cleanliness of the facility was impeccable, thanks to the diligent efforts of the cleaning staff. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor instilled a sense of comfort and reassurance, ensuring that our environment was always spotless and welcoming.

Even the food service surpassed our expectations, offering a variety of options to accommodate different preferences. While hospital food can sometimes be a concern, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection available, including a decent cup of coffee to start the day.

Overall, every member of the team at Northumberland Hills Hospital played a crucial role in making our childbirth experience truly unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone considering starting or expanding their family. Thank you once again for your exceptional care and support.

Exceptional health care! Thanks to Dr Crawford and the rest of the team for stitching up my finger today! Triaging was friendly and efficient, registration was straightforward and organized, and in-emerge care was top notch. Staff were patient and caring and took all the time I needed to understand what was happening with my care. Thanks for the great medical service today. It means a lot.

Usually have a wonderful experience at this hospital however I just called the attendant to ask a question and she was very rude and had so much attitude. When people call the hospital it is usually out of an already stressful situation, to have the attendant add to that stress through their attitude and tone of voice is completely unnecessary. Whoever was on the attendant care at this hospital today August 28th 2024 at 9:52am needs to be corrected and or let go if they can’t adjust their attitude. Completely unacceptable.

Despite the fact that things have improved, things are very hit and miss. It's unfortunate that access to imaging is so limited. I find the nurses to be delightful, they're willing to listen to my complaints and have excellent bedside manner. Unfortunately, the doctors are hit and miss. Some of them are great. But I will not even waste my time coming to the hospital during the day. I have experienced epic levels of gaslighting, discrimination and have been consistently dismissed by this doctor. I have been assumed to be seeking so many times that I now carry a letter of consent to test me for what they're assuming I do. I was dismissed for weeks while my throat was closed to mere millimeters until I finally encountered a different doctor who was willing to even properly assess me. At which point I was rushed to another hospital for emergency surgery to open my throat. I had to live like that for weeks, with a 60% oxygen level. I had to pay several hundred dollars for pneumonia medication for an incompetent diagnosis as well. He refuses to take the time to assess all of my worsening symptoms, even in an office setting. I've developed extreme anxiety around the healthcare system due to this treatment. I am very relieved everytime I attend and see that you've replaced your older, smaller minded doctors with younger, more empathetic, hard working doctors. I just wish I was able to access imaging when I can actually attend the ER without fear of encountering the same issues. While looking into this doctor, I found 8 pages of reviews similar to mine, by patients and your own staff. I would appreciate if someone from the hospital could reach out to me via email to discuss this with me as I'm considering taking legal action at this point.

I was at hospital today . Everyone was incredible. I went in to the ER had an ultrasound. Everything flowed perfectly. You don't expect things to go that way . I've been at hospitals for 12 hours . I've never complained I appreciate each and everyone them . They have a tough job they give their best to help . Yet people complain. If you want change then go to school and apply. Great job to all staff . I left with terrible news . Guess what it's not their fault

I punctured my leg while on a dirt bike. I was quickly admitted. The nurses, staff and doctor Pavel were all amazing people. They genuinely care about patients and ensure they are okay. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time and what was really nice was that they actually sent me home with all the supplies I needed to tend to my wounds. I would honestly say that this has been my best hospital experience and all of.

Since last June 26, I have been attending the Emergency Dept on a daily basis and some wait times were longer than other days. BUT TODAY I was fortunate to be received by “ Ashley” who saved me hours in the waiting room by simply changing a port in my arm and I was out in less than 15 minutes! Thank You Ashley, sincere loads of appreciation sent your way. ?
