J’ai acheté cette semaine 1 boite de 200g de chocolat aux cerises. Quelle déception en mangeant ces chocolats, la moitié de la boîte, l’intérieur des chocolats étaient séchés. Il y a des années que j’achète ces chocolats tellement bons mais cette fois, c’était un fiasco. Acheté chez Uniprix à Mirabel le 15 avril 2022. Mon adresse est 13475, de l’aquilon à Mirabel J7J 1W1

Why is it that no one from Hershey Canada could ever reply back to you
We purchase the product of Halloween product bag 100 in a bag is it supposed to have Reese's Pieces Hershey's looks like cookie and cream Whoppers Reese's cups Oh Henry
The product holds no o'henry's in it they're putting something on the market that doesn't have it I want an answer and why there's no in Henry's you purchased two bags and there's no product Oh Henry in it and I want an answer why.
So the answer would be why are you selling your product that doesn't have a product in it

I cannot beleive how small the hersey peanut butter cups are now. It's terrible and we pay more money for them too. So I tried making my own and I tell you they are delish and I get more for my buck making my own. Bye bye hersey

“Pot of crap”! No taste at all. Zero cocoa. It’s a box of something but not chocolate. Bought Pot of Gold on sale 3.47… unfortunately nit even worth that. Still cutting back on cocoa bean content and it is clearly evident. No taste at all. Doesn’t seem chocolate flavoured. More waxy crap flavoured. Last I’ll ever purchase.
Yuck!

Received a box of Hershey's Festive Moments 297g for Christmas. I just unwrapped the plastic covering to start snacking on the Hershey's Nuggets. I counted each section , and one of the Reese's Miniatures Cups was Half wrapped and exposing what looks like a half eaten cup. I am totally grossed out. Where is your quality control ?

Today is Valentines Day so I treated ourselves to a box of pot of gold chocolates. We just opened the box up to enjoy, only to be shocked that you have increased the size of the brown plastic holder so you can give us less chocolates. For $10.99 I would expect more than 12 chocolates! I remember a time when you filled the box. Shame on you! I also noticed after the fact that these chocolates best before date is March 2024 no wonder I noticed them turning a little white on top. A total disappointment!

I cannot believe the black licorice twislers taste nothing compared to what they use to taste. You are making them thinner, and no licorice taste at all. I will not be buying these again. I am afraid Hershey has cut back so much that they have affected their products. The bridge mixture is over run with peanuts and the favorites do not exist anymore.
