Average experience. We have been waiting for a solution to our washing machine for 5 months, but our messages are ignored. The electricity breakers are blown and they only told us that we have to fix it ourselves and the refrigerator has not stopped leaking. The waiting times for maintenance are very long. Despite this, after almost two years of paying the rent on time, we had a problem and we were one day late. The administrator was notified, but the penalty was applied to us anyway. There are processes in which they are very fast.

We highly recommend Scott and Linda as caretakers of Roberts Landing in Langford BC
Scott is so efficient in maintaining our surroundings and looking out for all us. He has taken the time to get know know us and wants all of us to feel safe and secure in our environment. Linda is very very efficient in her emails and print outs what is coming up with maintenance and we are well informed of the dates and times
