I never write reviews but this time I had to.

I discovered this place because I just moved to the surrounding areas a few months ago and I google searched it. I use to live in Brampton and Milton so they have plenty of Caribbean restaurants that are great.

I ordered the Oxtail with Rice and peas and a spicy beef patty with coco bread.

Let me tell you that from the honest truth that the oxtail is the best I've ever had! The sauce had tremendous flavor that had a great kick to it while the beef was so fall of the bone tender. The sauce was spectacular with the rice and coleslaw. To top it off the patty and the bun were so fresh with a soft crunch with each bite. Every bite full of flavor.

I will definitely going back to try the other dishes. I totally recommend this place.

And of course the staff was extremely polite to me.

Ordered a large jerk pork on rice and it came with coleslaw. The meal was packed, could honestly have it for 2 meals. There were lean and fatty cuts of the jerk pork. It was also covered in oxtail grave which was delicious. The meal came out to be around $21 after tax. There is a large menu here and they also have daily specials. I would definitely come back to try the other items.

So good! So happy we found this gem in this plaza. Great selection of dishes, super friendly staff and amazingly tasty food. Loved the oxtail roti!

Lord have mercy! I finished my massage next-door and sat down in my car, wondering what I could grab for lunch as I stared directly at this incredible Place!

I was only going to get in and get a beef patty, but I saw that they had a jerk chicken special on Wednesdays for $10 (Cash). I got the jerk chicken with rice and peas (beans) smothered in oxtail gravy. This takeout container must have been blessed by Jah himself 😭🤣

I only needed a plastic fork to get the chicken off the bone, the rice and peas were cooked perfectly, and I only stopped to contemplate my life for five times while getting mouthfuls of that delicious gravy.

10 out of 10, will be returning next week to try something different! Never turn down the gravy if they offer you the gravy!!!

Service was also phenomenal, very clean. I will absolutely be back and recommend this place.

First time trying Irie I Jamaican. Got the Oxtail Stew with festival, rice & peas and coleslaw.

The food was delivered hot & tasted fresh, exactly what I was craving. Will definitely be ordering again to try the rest of the menu.

The food is amazing. Absolutely delicious every time, soooo good. There was no option to have rice and peas with my king fish today so I got a meal with no rice and peas. There was no option to order festival buns or rice.

The best Jamaican food in Newmarket hands down!!! 🇯🇲

The food was the real star of the show — every dish was bursting with authentic flavors. The jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, the oxtail was tender and rich, simply delicious. 😋

Was craving a “Rasta pasta” type dish and thought of iRie Bistro. On the menu I found something similar but unfamiliar to me being the jerk chicken pansit and decided to get the banana porridge on the side. Both were excellent. Fresh, warm and full of flavor. I’m told there’s a Filipino version of pancit too so I’ll have to try that next.
