People with disabilities, physical limitations, or a tight schedule should definitely steer clear of this outfit! Office staff are incredibly ineffective, unprofessional and the drive, when they did show up, was a terrible experience. I was put on a bus that felt like I was in an army tank. Every bump they hit caused me terrible pain. I was in tears by the time I got from Shoppers Drug Mart to Newtown, my destination.
I don't know who is supposed to keep this company accountable for their lack of professionalism and terrible service. If I did know, I would complain!
There are some wonderful people that drive for this so called co-op and, unfortunately, they are getting a bad reputation just driving for SAT! It is also unfortunate that the Strait Area region is affiliated with this shoddy outfit, which is not very good representation of our area. The Chamber of Commerce should, in my opinion, be the agency to oversee any company that uses the Strait Area name. We deserve better, more reliable transportation.
Are there no advocates in this area for people with disabilities? I think this "service" is an insult to all Strait Area residents! Please, people who can, make some noise and let the powers that be,
(Mayor Beaton!!!) know how truly awful this "co-op" really is.

Several times my messages have been ignored, responded to with unprofessionalism, or the transit just hasn't bothered to show up. Though I'd like to give this company a good review for being accessible, the truth is that it's not a reliable source of transportation and the people who work here are underqualified. There's no professionalism or common courteously and several drivers have been snarky, sarcastic, and unpleasant to be around. If you're trying to get out of town, I'd suggest asking a relative to take you instead of this awful service. It's not really a service so much as it is people with drivers licenses doing you a favor, and though it's a cheap fare for a one way trip out of town, you certainly get what you pay for.

Of the four experiences I have had with this service, they only showed to pick me up ONCE. And the time they did they made 5 of us sqeeze into a small 3 person seat. Had a stranger on my lap, and they forgot to pick me back up in Phk to take me home. The other 3 times they just didnt come and pick me up...waited outside just now over and hour. Unacceptable!!!!

These guys drive wayyy ahead of their schedule. Luckily for me I hopped on since I saw them drive by at least 15 minutes ahead of their fixed schedule on their website.

Do take caution with these guys (Be at your stop 15-20 minutes ahead) and have a plan b because they are not that reliable.

If you can get someone to answer the phone you're a lucky person.. you'd swear they're running a telethon and if you do end up getting their service you'll probably be left where you were dropped off.. I suggest finding any other source of transportation...
