Pauline provides excellent service and technique for removing hair permanently. I have gone to many electrolysists over the years but only Pauline has been successful in removing hair permanently on face and neck! And she is a lovely, interesting, knowledgeable woman to boot! Cheers

I was referred to Pauline as I needed a skin tag removed in an intimate area. Like most busy moms I just ignored it, but after planning a vacation to Mexico I was prompted to "take care of it". I was beyond nervous as I didn't know what to expect. Pauline took such good care of me and explained the procedure and after care needed. We actually had a good few laughs at my lack of any pain tolerance and she made me feel safe. The skin tag left a small mark which faded very quickly and I was able to wear my bathing suit with confidence. Pauline is an expert in her field of work and I would not hesitate to book any service with her.

I was researching electrolysis in Edmonton and came across Millbourne Electrolysis Centre. I noticed on the website that this business is certified by the Alberta Electrolysis Association which was a good sign in my books so I reached out to the owner - Pauline for a consultation.
At first, I wasn’t sure if I would go ahead with the treatment but I figured a consult wouldn’t hurt (pun not intended). On the day of my consultation, Pauline explained all the science behind the procedure, she went over all the steps involved in extreme detail and she even did a small demo. I came prepared with my own set of questions for her and she happily answered them all. She also took the time to answer all my follow up questions I had after the consult. I could tell she is really passionate about her craft and just genuinely loves helping people. She went above and beyond in making sure I was at ease which helped me decide to go ahead with electrolysis.

I have worked with both Gail and Pauline and they both are really good at what they do. They both are extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable during the entire appointment. They really create a safe space for you. The procedure itself doesn’t hurt and I can assure you they will always work around your pain tolerance. You will also start to notice tangible results within the first few treatments.

Pauline is really one of the best in the industry, she is constantly learning and taking up courses to keep herself up to date in the world of electrolysis. You just know that you are in safe hands when you work with Milbourne electrolysis centre.

Not only is she knowledgeable and understands the science behind the procedure but she really is flawless in her execution of the art of electrolysis. I would highly recommend this business.

Best electrolysis clinic in Edmonton! Pauline at Millbourne Electrolysis is very knowledgeable, caring, friendly, professional , provided high quality service! She is just amazing! I went to few other electrolysis clinic in Edmonton and Sherwood park but was not happy with results, but Pauline stood with her words and am so satisfied with results! Pauline at Millbourne Electrolysis is wonderful. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and takes time to answer any and all questions you have about the process, what to expect, time and cost involved. I had electrolysis work done from both Pauline and her sister back in 2018-2019. They are both lovely people and the most knowledgeable/highest quality in the industry in my opinion. It’s 2024 and I can confidently say they permanently removed my unwanted hairs. Pauline is amazing! i was cursed with annoying chin hairs that i have plucked for a few years, and pauline is a whiz at getting them out for good! i fought with a particularly thick, black hair for about a year and she got it in my first session about two years ago and i’ve never seen it since!

Truly amazing service, if I could give Pauline more than 5 stars I would!
She spent a really long time answering all my questions to make sure I felt comfortable and make sure it was right for me, since I had a 6 hour drive to come down and see her and I wanted to be 100% sure about everything.

When I arrived we had another sit down consultation which was great because I had a chance to ask a few more questions and get a bit more comfortable. The actual procedure itself was, for me, relatively painless (1.5 / 10 on the pain scale) and Pauline was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I can say that the hour I spent there flew by! The results were outstanding, and as Pauline had given me a mini email consult I knew I would have to come back for a few appointments and I have already booked my next appt.

I would definitely recommend anyone to come here, and if you have questions to just shoot an email out! It was SO MUCH LESS painful than laser and the results are permanent from what I understand. Thanks again Pauline!
