I greatly benefited from this one-day course, as a good introduction to the subject of the workplace conflict resolution. The best part was an opportunity do discuss scenarios based on real-life cases. More experienced conflict resolution practitioners would likely require a deeper dive into the subject matter. The instructor and the team were knowledgeable and efficient. I would strongly recommend!

I really enjoyed this course. The information was tangible and easy to follow. I felt that the end of the course was a little rushed, and that was unfortunate as it was demonstrating communication skills on how to diffuse conflict; having the difficult conversations, etc. Personally, I was hoping to see more of that. I understand the types of conflict, but demonstrations on how to "actually" communicate and diffuse conflict; demonstrations or videos showing how these conversations can take place where skills that I had hoped to gain from this course. I am hoping that the slide deck will be forwarded or some of the videos that were used, as I found them helpful. I will be signing up for more of these courses through Workplace Law, very helpful.
