We just purchased a stove from Essex Appliance. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon but we were helped quickly and efficiently. Friendly helpful staff. Our appliance was delivered today in perfect condition. The delivery team was excellent. We will always highly recommend Essex Appliance and will never shop anywhere else. 5 stars well deserved. I don’t like to write 1 star reviews, however, service department is horrible, first time I let it go, everyone has a bad day. Second time, same woman, wanted nothing to do with my call. My fridge is leaking water pretty heavily from the bottom of the fridge. She wanted to book a service call 11 days away!!! When I questioned the water leaking for all this time she said to call the manufacturer and rushed to give me the number. Terrible service, when I contacted the manufacturer they said it should be an emergency call and someone should be sent out immediately. Not impressed and will be taking my business elsewhere. Do better in your service department, sales was great and super helpful to provide the invoice we needed.

Our fridge died yesterday and we went to essex appliance to purchase a new one. What a fantastic experience The sales staff are great to explain everything about the products. Got a great deal and they delivered it at 10 o'clock today like promised. The delivery guys were outstanding being careful and courteous. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. This place is second to none. Thank you everyone for the great experience!!!!!

A big shout out to the service at essex appliances. Great service and prices at essex appliances. Very happy to support a local business ?. Delivery was great with Chris and Kal. They were polite, professional and had to deal with Very tight quarters. Had to remove a door and never made a big deal about it and even helped me move furniture back into place. Very pleased with the whole experience. They definitely have a new and happy customer.

Brett Harrison is the guy to deal with when purchasing appliances at Essex. After a tumultuous year dealing with our extended warranty for our kitchenaid fridge, Brett was there every step of the way making sure we were taken care of - even when it technically wasn’t his problem. Customer service there is horrible. The lady sounds so miserable. My fridge needs repair. They gave me a number to KitchenAid and they are booking two weeks away. What good is that?. They’ll take your money, but never mind about service.
