Dave & Andy were awesome. Very professional, quick and did a fantastic job maneuvering our new sectional through our smaller foyer. Our whole experience with EHF was fantastic and we would highly recommend anyone looking for gorgeous, unique furniture to check them out.

We had Sarah Incitti as a sales rep. Although we did not purchase what we wanted at this moment, we will comeback to her. She was patient and in tune with our needs, She searched what we needed with NO pressure.

We have bought a number of pieces of furniture from EHF. The service is very good. Their recommendations and suggestions have been great. They have always worked with us to make sure we have gotten the right color/fabric for our purchase.

They are located centrally in Essex county and their show room is a good size. It has plenty of variety, options and displays. They offer a ton of different options beyond what is on the floor. They have good sales and the prices are competitive. Stop in and visit the store to see what they have.

Get furniture here! Karlee was the greatest, and guided us through our custom order with ease. We absolutely love our new cuddle chair, and our unique sideboard for our great room. I have been to this store twice in search of a lift chair for a friend with ALS. Both times the staff has been amazing. They asked me all kinds of questions to get a thorough understanding of what my friend’s needs were. They showed me chairs that would be the best fit and clearly explained why other chairs, that I liked, would not work. They showed great compassion and concern not only for my friend but also my husband and I as “caregivers”. They had good in-store sales. And we’re even willing to stretch store policy in order to help my friend who could not come to the store herself. The staff actually felt like “family” trying to help. I was really impressed. Special thank you to Rosie and the owners of the store for the service we received.

I purchased a custom bedroom set on June 15th, and Lori informed us that it would take up to one month for delivery, so we decided to go ahead with the order. Just before signing the contract, the manager told Lori to add August to the ETA as a precaution, although they assured us the delivery would be in July since timing was critical for us.

We moved into our new house on July 14th, expecting to receive our bedroom set in July. I left my old furniture behind, anticipating the new set's arrival. However, when I called on July 15th to check on the delivery, Lori informed me that we would need to wait at least another month because the manufacturer was making the bedroom set from scratch and they had no updates on the delivery time. They couldn't even follow up with the manufacturer!!!

Lori told me to wait, but couldn't provide a specific timeframe. How is it that they can promise a delivery timeline to make a sale but become unresponsive once the purchase is made? They initially promised a one-month delivery, but now we are left without a bed, dresser, and nightstand for 18 days after our move. This has forced us to keep our clothes and belongings in bags and boxes, causing significant inconvenience.

This feels like a deliberate tactic to close the sale without regard for customer experience. Be aware, EHF! This is unfair and unacceptable.

Sales person was awesome and they have great products but not one time we're we asked the most important question. What will it take to get you to purchase today? Great selection, great service.
