Have been going there from the beginning!!! Had wonderful service till the last 5 yrs when I ended up with a new np & he would act 1 way when my husband was with me & totally rude when I'd go by myself !!! He couldn't see me when I broke my arm!!! So I went to the walk in clinic !!! Then when I got a Sept infection in my arm & my arm was swollen & hot couldn't get it out of the sling, I use to weight 190 lbs & when i saw him i was 120 lbs he was "what do you want me to do about it !!!" I said something!!! So he finally sent me for xrays of my broken, infected,swollen, hot, & stuck in the sling arm!!! To xray tech who was less than nice, screamed threw xrays!!! & then bloodwork !!! I ended up being taken by ambulance after my arm exploded, 3 days after he got the results of my blood work stating that I had a septic infection running threw my system & I looked like I came from a concentration camp !!! But didn't call me to let me know !!! But someone did call about a form i needed filled out to tell my husband I needed to come in to sign it, no exceptions!!! After almost losing my arm & almost dying from the infection!!! The hospital Dr's had to wait from infectious diseases to find an antibiotic to treat me!!! 5 surgeries, 1 month in hospital & 1 month with home nursing, (PSW still cause I can't use my arm) etc!!!! All I got was OMG from him, & acting like he was in charge of my care with all my specialists!!! I asked to talk to the manager, to the manager telling me they would find me a different NP, to sorry we can't help you, & being told that my husband & myself are lyers that I wasn't In the hospital when i was!!! Then told they would continue to fill my prescriptions, (which was a lye )but to come get my file!!! Now all my prescriptions are less than 30 days & to see new health-care health-care provider !!!! Which is like looking for a needle in a haystack!!! DON'T GO THERE!!!They use to care about You !!! Now You're just a # !!!☠☠☠

Extremely rude receptionists. Want to make a complaint to her boss but she gave me a fake name. (One I couldn’t find on their website under “our team”) she put a thumbs up in my face and said I was yelling at her. I never even raised my volume. “So I should look for a new doctor?” I said and she put a thumbs up in my face. No problem. I highly recommend not going here although they do have an opening for a patient now that I’m no longer their patient. I’d rather have no doctor than them.

Great staff. Great location. Lots of parking. Conrad is fantastic. They make it very easy to set up appointments. Don't really have a long wait time.
