I dont even think she deserves a one star. After being in pain for a week. I told them my doc is gone so I would be a new patient with the doc. The people transfered me multiple times then finally speaking to the person they sch me with this doc. Next day 1 hour before my appointment they say DO NOT SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IT WAS BEEN CANCELED. DONT THINK SHE EVEN DESERVES A DOCTOR TITLE. TOTALLY WORTHLESS

TERRIBLE SERVICE

Dr. Pla and her staff are very uncaring and unprofessional. Save yourself sometime and go to an office who actually cares about their patients. Dr. Nassif-Pla suggested that i see a councilor about my anxiety. After I went to the councilor he suggested that i try some medication and have a sleep study done but he could never get a hold of the doctor (He tried to contact her 4 times). After several weeks of waiting on a response i decided to not go back to her office. When i called her office to tell them why i pulling my record they hung up on me. These people are extremely rude and uncaring.

Dr. Nassif-Pla treats her patients with kindness and compassion. She takes the wishes of the patient into consideration when developing a plan of care. The staff at the office are also very friendly and personable.

My experience with her was TERRIBLE!!. I would not recommend her if you have anything but a runny nose. If I could rate -1 star I would. I am now going to one Cleveland Clinics.
