The staff at this place are amazingly patient & honest. I spent multiple visits and many hours deliberating over which machine & grinder to buy even after doing lots of research on line beforehand as well. . .ultimately deciding on fully manual options that initially I was able to master the batista skills to operate but ultimately realized I didn't have the patience for perfecting the extractions early mornings when I just wanted a coffee! When I called them back, fully embarrassed.... i expected them to say I was out of luck but they were so understanding and concerned as to why I was so frustrated but after my explanation they allowed me to trade it for a fully automatic machine. They have convinced me that this was the best palace I could have found and their warranty policies cover my machine for 3 years and they repair them

I had a very good experience shopping online at Espresso Planet.
The reward system is a great! Shipping is fast (ordered Friday afternoon and got it on Tuesday). Their customer service is amazing. I got an issue with a product and they were comprehensive and compensate me for that.
With that experience in mind, when I think about coffee accessories/needs, I will think about Espresso Planet!

A coffee lovers paradise I must say. Good selection of machines and coffees. Easy to find and ample parking. Very helpful and pleasant staff who takes time to explain. If I had a coffee need I would go here. The name says it all. In addition to the coffes you have a great selection of flavoured syrups and chocolate that can be used in ur coffee. Go there and enjoy the selection on offer if something you want is not there ask and I am sure they will guide you.

Just finished shopping here around 2pm on Friday, November 11 and was followed around the store as I browsed by one of the employees - green sweater and black face mask. Literally every aisle I went into I had eyes on me and it made me uncomfortable. As I was finishing up I asked the employee if there was an issue and he said no. I’m not sure if his constant hovering was meant for me to know he was there if I had any questions because he didn’t say anything to me. This place has a great selection but I think I’ll do my shopping online from now on.

Recently spent time evaluating and purchasing a semi-automatic espresso machine and I have to say their sales person Sam was a charm to work with. He was patient, answering questions and knowledgeable about the two machines I was looking at. I hastily purchased the week before Black Friday and after visiting Espresso Planet's website the week after my purchase ( I was ordering beans) I discovered a lower price on the unit I had purchased. When that lower price was brought to their attention they didn't hesitate to refund the difference. I thought it was the right thing to do however I'm sure there's some operations that would challenge that. Ill look forward to dealing with them in the future if and when I need a different machine and Ill be purchasing the beans that they sent as a sample during the purchase process. They're the "6 Origins Blend" beans and I quite liked them ! I'll update this review in the future if ever there's a need however to date my dealings with Espresso Planet have been totally positive!

Upon entering with inquiries about a Bunn Brew commercial machine for my new business, I was assisted by Sam in locating the machines and making comparisons. After selecting one, I provided my information, and was informed that I would receive a quote via email if the item was in stock etc... However, two to three weeks passed without any communication from Sam or Espresso Planet. Upon following up, Sam apologized for forgetting about me, mentioning that he lost my details, and requested the information once more. This lack of professionalism wasted my time, prompting me to seek services elsewhere.

Highly recommend the store. They offer huge variety of different price point coffee machines, accessories, coffee and great customer service.
Because of the lack of experience, I had a problem with frothing milk and getting a decent crema in my espresso shots.
First I communicated via emails with Amanda who originally served me in a shop and followed her professional advice, which was very helpful.
To get things even better, she offered us to bring the espresso machine and grinder to the store and let their staff member give us some lessons.
My wife and I really appreciate it. Thank you Amanda and David, we are getting there and enjoying our coffee already.
